POST ARCHIVE FACTION (PAF) accepts returns on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all technical tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Request

Access your order history through the account portal or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Shipment

Place the items in their original protective architectural packaging and include the printed return invoice inside the parcel.

Dispatch Package

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point.

Quality Inspection

Once received at our studio, our team will inspect the structural integrity of the garment and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
